Years ago I taught myself how to surf (albeit badly) and always loved the power and the seemingly nonchalant grace of a perfectly breaking wave.
As I bobbed up and down on my board waiting for the next set to roll in, I would often marvel at all the little things that need to happen for these waves to make it across the vast ocean in perfect formation to the exact point where I sat, only to then pass me by to smash onto the beach and dissolve again into nothingness.
This value study is my homage to the wonder of mother nature and how we take such wonders for granted.
